How does my kid use their own iPhone or iPad?

In the parent app, open Kids, choose your kid, and create a pairing code. Install Rewards Card on the kid’s device, then scan the QR code with the Camera or enter the code in the app. Codes work once and expire after 10 minutes.

How do I invite another parent?

Create an invite code in Settings and send it to the other parent. They join the family by entering the code after signing in. Invite codes expire after 72 hours.

How do I open the parent area on my kid’s device?

Tap the lock at the top right and enter the family parent PIN. Parent features stay available for 15 minutes. Five wrong PINs in a row lock it for 15 minutes.

I forgot the parent PIN.

Sign in to Rewards Card on your own phone and set a new PIN in Settings.

My kid lost their device.

Open Kids, choose your kid, and revoke the device. It stops working immediately.

How do I delete my account?

Choose Delete Account in Settings. If you are the owner and other parents remain, transfer ownership or delete the whole family first.
